March 14th, Tuesday. 5 Teams Built 5 Sheds

The yard was cleaned up, the outside pressurewashed, and the inside completely painted in one week.

March 13th, Monday. Shed team Training






After completing this shed the team members were ready to lead other teams on Tuesday.

March 13th, Monday. Loading Up Sheds





The sheds come in a kit, weigh 700 lbs, and are wrapped in plastic. They needed to be loaded onto a trailer. This took team work.

March 12th, Sunday. Gulfport First Presbyterian Church





We worshipped at the Gulfport First Presbyterian Church, which was held at a school. Their church was gutted as it was located on the coast.

March 11, Saturday. The Roof Goes On.

By the end of Saturday, March 11, the roof was almost done. The owner had taken 6 days off work to do his roof. He and his wife were overjoyed and were very grateful!!

Crew from Memphis, TN that helped with a roof. The man in the orang shirt on the right of the group is the owner. Jean met him just that morning and ask him if he need help with his roof. He did, and by the end of the day the shingles were off and new felt was on.

On the coast along Beach Road most of the homes were totally destroyed!
